Sie fand in <a href="Bethlehem" title="Bethlehem">Bethlehem</a> im Jahr 2008<sup id="cite_ref-1" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-1"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>1<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> und 2010<sup id="cite_ref-2" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-2"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>2<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> statt. Die Konferenz wird veranstaltet von <a href="Mahmud_Abbas" title="Mahmud Abbas">Mahmud Abbas</a> und <a href="Salam_Fayyad" title="Salam Fayyad">Salam Fayyad</a>.
